to help out our community when and where we can. Below are just a few

Carols By Candlelight (8th December 2009)
Windmill Roadhouse hosted Carols by Candlelight assisted by Cambridge Lions Club and Gonubie Lions Club. The New Apostolic Church choir, McClelland Centre Choir and Down Town Christian Centre provided a wonderful mixture of carols. Candles were donated by the Windmill which were sold to raise funds for the various Lions charities. Food stuff was also donated by the public as well as clothing, which Lions distibuted to the needy in the communities. The Windmill Roadhouse also collected donations of cash from their various suppliers which was also split between Gonubie and Cambridge Lions Clubs to use for charity in the community. A great sense of peace and fellowship was felt by all present. It was a wonderful gesture from the Windmill Roadhouse, and hopefully we can do the same again this year.
